1. Definitions and Interpretation

Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

Players are responsible for determining whether their use of ph358 services is legal in their jurisdiction of residence. ph358 is intended for use by players located in the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are strictly forbidden from using ph358 services. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from illegal use of the platform.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Each Player may maintain only one (1) account with ph358. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including legal name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. Players are required to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

2.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph358 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Players must notify ph358 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to their account.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph358 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and other major Philippine banks), QR Ph, GrabPay, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on account status and payment method selected.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to the Player's Account within seconds to minutes, depending on the payment method used. In rare circumstances, deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process. ph358 does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

3.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to ph358 must originate from legitimate sources and belong to the Player. ph358 strictly prohibits money laundering and terrorist financing. The Company reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on ph358 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). Players depositing in other currencies may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by their payment provider.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawal of their Account Balance at any time, subject to these Terms & Conditions and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Withdrawal requests can be made through the same payment method used for deposit, where possible.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

ph358 endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, ph358 reserves the right to verify the Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all verification requirements are satisfied.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply based on account tier and payment method. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. ph358 reserves the right to split large withdrawal amounts into multiple installments.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, players must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without gaming activity are prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount, though this may vary by promotion. Only real money bets contribute toward wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to Players once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. ph358 reserves the right to limit or exclude Players from promotional offers at its sole discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Players must comply with the specific rules applicable to each game offered on ph358. Game rules are available within each game or upon request from customer support. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, ph358's decision shall be final and binding.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, including software errors, communication failures, or hardware defects, all affected game rounds and bets shall be void and refunded to Players. ph358 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of stakes.

6.3 Disconnections

If a Player's connection is lost during gameplay, the game round will continue to completion. Upon reconnection, the Player will be informed of the outcome. For live dealer games, disconnection policies specific to each game provider apply and are detailed in the respective game rules.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports betting terms. ph358 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or if there is reason to believe the Player had access to inside information.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Restricted Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence to play games or place bets
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping
• Exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using stolen payment methods or depositing funds that do not belong to you
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus hunting across multiple accounts
• Harassing or abusing other players or ph358 staff members
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack ph358 software or systems

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Players found engaging in any prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension or closure. ph358 reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account, void all bets and winnings, and report illegal activities to relevant authorities. Legal action may be pursued where appropriate.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player after deduction of any applicable fees or bonuses subject to wagering requirements. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

ph358 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or irregular betting patterns. In such cases, ph358 will return the Player's deposited funds minus any bonuses and associated winnings, subject to investigation outcomes.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200) per month until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on ph358, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, images, text, and game designs, is the property of ph358 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph358 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of ph358 content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph358 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. ph358's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ph358, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Players may contact customer support to initiate the dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Responsible Gaming

ph358 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. Players must be 21 years or older to use ph358 services. 14. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of ph358 services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Players who do not agree to the amended terms must cease using ph358 services and close their accounts.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16. Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ph358 concerning the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
